When you make a reservation we process the data you enter (name, email, dive date, number of divers, certification level, optional pick-up location) in order to arrange your booking and pass it to the dive centre you selected, which is a separate recipient/controller for delivering the activity (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR). Messages sent through the contact form (name, email, message) are processed to answer your enquiry (Art. 6 (1)(a)/(f) GDPR). We keep booking records only as long as necessary and in line with statutory retention periods.
Diving requires a medical self-declaration. Any health information you provide is a special category of personal data and is processed only with your explicit consent and solely for dive-safety purposes (Art. 9 (2)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time with future effect.
If you create an account we store your name, email and password to let you sign in and view your bookings (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR). Passwords will be stored only in securely hashed form.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing, and the right to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 15–21 GDPR). This website uses TLS/SSL encryption (HTTPS). Where a booking is delivered by a dive centre outside the EU/EEA (Egypt), the necessary data is transferred to that centre so it can provide the service you requested (Art. 49 (1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract). Third-party tools that transmit data outside the EU are used only with appropriate safeguards and your consent.
