What you learn

AIDA 3★ extends your range to roughly 24 metres constant-weight, introduces free immersion (pulling down and up the line), pushes static apnea to 2:45, and trains you to recognise and rescue a buddy from 20 metres — a serious step up in both depth and responsibility.

Requirements

You need a current AIDA 2★ certification (or equivalent from another agency) and to be at least 16 years old.
